How do I check eSIM compatibility?
iPhone
Look for Add eSIM in Cellular settings.
Samsung Galaxy
Open Settings, Connections, SIM manager and look for Add eSIM.
Check the model
Check the exact model and regional variant against the manufacturer list. A carrier lock can also affect use.
Which networks does Skycall use?
Skycall uses the Partner and Pelephone networks. Contact customer service to check the network for your line and location. Reception varies with location, device and network conditions.
How do I configure APN on Android?
Open settings
On Galaxy: Settings, Connections, Mobile networks, then Access Point Names (APN). Select Skycall if you have two lines.
Add an access point
Add an APN and enter sky for both Name and APN. The remaining values are shown below.
Save and select
Save through the options menu, then return to the access-point list and select sky.

How do I select 4G or 5G?
5G requires a compatible phone, plan and coverage. Changing APN alone does not enable 5G.
iPhone
Open Settings, Cellular, select the line, then Cellular Data Options and Voice & Data. On a supported model, choose 5G Auto.
Samsung Galaxy
Open Settings, Connections, Mobile networks and Network mode. Select the automatic mode that includes 5G, if available.

How do I use Mobile Hotspot on Samsung Galaxy?
Open sharing settings
Open Settings, Connections, then Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
Enable and check the password
Enable Mobile Hotspot and check its network name and password.
Connect the other device
On the other device, select this Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Switch sharing off when finished.
Sharing uses your line’s data allowance. If the option is missing or fails, check mobile data is enabled and contact support.

How do I use Personal Hotspot on iPhone?
Open sharing settings
Open Settings, then Personal Hotspot. It may appear under Cellular.
Enable and check the password
Enable Allow Others to Join and check the Wi-Fi password.
Connect the other device
On the other device, select this Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Switch sharing off when finished.

How do I set up data on Xiaomi or Redmi?
Open settings
In Settings, open SIM cards and mobile networks, select the Skycall line and open Access Point Names (APN).

How do I check remaining data and calls?
Skycall’s service instructions say to send an SMS from your line to 530 with גלישה for data or שיחות for calls. Use the Hebrew keyword.
You can also open your account. If no reply arrives or the balance is unclear, contact us for help.
What are the rates for international calls without a plan?
Rates vary by destination. Check the tariff document before calling; contact customer service if it is unavailable or the destination needs clarification.
